Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern your use of the Elunovia Beauty House website and every purchase you make through it. Please read them before placing an order.

Each clause below sets out how orders are accepted, how payment is validated, and how we represent the products we sell.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation of dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order, for example where a product is unavailable or the price has been shown in error.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of ordering. Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation through our listed payment providers.

We take care to display accurate sizes, GBP prices and stock status for every fragrance. Where a listing is incorrect, we will contact you before dispatch and offer the option to amend or cancel your order.

All text, photography, layouts and trademarks on this website belong to Elunovia Beauty House or its licensors. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Third-party fragrance names remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to this, our liability for loss arising from your use of the website is limited to the price paid for the relevant order.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
