Returns made simple and fair

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return an unopened, sealed fragrance. Your statutory rights under UK consumer regulations apply in full.

Contact our customer enquiries team with your order number to request a return authorisation before you post anything.

Return the fragrance in its original sealed packaging with your proof of purchase enclosed, protected against movement in transit.

Send your parcel using the return address provided once authorised. Keep your tracking details until your refund is confirmed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances can only be returned when the seal is intact and the packaging is unopened. Opened or used perfume and cosmetic products cannot be accepted for return.

Excluded items include any product whose seal has been broken, gift sets that have been partially used, and items marked as final sale at the point of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund directly to your original payment method. Refunds are usually settled within 14 days of receipt.
